Sabina Cerbu is a Partner with over 18 years of experience in the legal field, combining private practice in leading law firms with senior roles in the public sector, including serving as Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova. Her expertise spans corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory law.

She advises domestic and international clients across a wide range of matters from daily operations and contract drafting to negotiations and representation before public authorities and courts. Her approach is defined by clarity, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of institutional processes.

Sabina has extensive experience in public policy drafting, legislative proposals, and institutional reforms. She has contributed to multiple national strategies and participated in legal assessments, policy evaluations, and functional analyses of public institutions.

• European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE), Erasmus University (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) and the University of Bologna (Italy)

Beyond her advisory work, Sabina is deeply committed to legal education. She has taught civil law for over a decade at the State University of Moldova.
