A Service provider- client relationship is established only after CBLA has formally accepted the engagement and a written legal services agreement has been signed by both parties, specifying the scope of services, applicable terms, and mutual obligations. Until such confirmation is issued in writing, any communication shall be considered preliminary and non-binding.
